1. Shipping Costs

• PostPac Economy (B-Post)
  Delivery time: 2-3 business days – 8.50 CHF

• PostPac Priority (A-Post)
  Delivery time: 1-2 business days – 10.50 CHF

2. Delivery Time
Domestic (Switzerland and Liechtenstein):

• A-Post: 1-2 business days from shipping confirmation

• B-Post: 2-3 business days from shipping confirmation

• Orders over 120 CHF are shipped free of charge via A-Post.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, shipping will take place once all items are available. We do not offer partial shipments. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
3. Shipping Carrier
Your order will be shipped with Swiss Post. All shipments are trackable, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
4. Packaging & Security
Special care is taken in packaging your Pokémon cards. They are packed in protective sleeves and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive undamaged.
5. Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Unfortunately, address changes are no longer possible after the package has been shipped.
