At Celestrion, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

• the product is defective

• the item was severely damaged during shipping

• or the wrong item was sent

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at celestrion@contact.ch with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

In all approved return cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
 

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Minor packaging imperfections

• Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
